Rewrite English homepage description

Its obvious that English is the second language for whoever wrote the description of this program. Adverbs in particular are strung together in an odd manner or are extraneous. Also, its never clear how the program speeds up your computer. It seems to me that the program tries to speed up the active program/processes by reallocating various resource priorities (cpu, ram, and hard drive) from background program/processes? I only speak one language, so I'm not throwing stones. But it needs to be clearer and it needs to sound more professional in the English language so as to make a better first impression.
